Expenditure Account Scrutiny Dates Announced for Candidates

*Sindhudurgnagari, D-08:-* According to the instructions of the Central Election Commission, the daily expenditure accounts of the candidates in the Assembly elections must be checked by the Election Commission appointed inspectors at least three times during the campaign period. According to this information, the district expenditure control committee coordination officer Amit Meshram has announced that the schedule of examination of expenses of the candidates in Kankavali, Kudal and Sawantwadi constituencies has been announced by the district election officer and collector. According to this schedule, the first examination of the expenses of all the candidates in the three constituencies will be held on November 9, the second examination on the 13th and the third examination on the 17th. These three inspections will be held at District Planning Committee Hall (New) Collectorate Sindhudurg. The expenditure limit for the candidates is 40 lakhs and in this examination, the candidates are spending within the prescribed rules and limits prescribed by the commission or how? This is confirmed by Election Expenses Inspector Dr. Divya K. J. It will be done by the District Expenditure Control Committee under his guidance. If the candidate, the candidate’s expense representative does not make the record available to the election expense inspector for inspection within the prescribed time, the candidate will be deemed not to have kept the daily expense record up-to-date under the Representation of the People section and notice will be issued to the candidate by the election decision officer. There are Election Commission guidelines to disqualify those who spend more than the limit.
