After the split in the NCP party, the political conflict between Ajit Pawar group and Sharad Pawar group is going on. At present, the excitement of the assembly elections is going on in Maharashtra. *A few days ago, the NCP (Sharad Pawar) filed a petition in the Supreme Court to prevent the NCP (Ajit Pawar) from using the clock symbol. It was also alleged that the orders of the Supreme Court were not being followed by the NCP (Ajit Pawar) party. After this, the hearing on this petition was held on November 7. At that time, the Supreme Court had ordered the Nationalist Congress Party (Ajit Pawar) to advertise in the newspapers within 36 hours that the issue of clock symbol is sub judice.
After this, the hearing was held again in the Supreme Court today (November 13). In the hearing held today, the Supreme Court has given some important instructions to the NCP (Ajit Pawar) party. The court has ordered the Ajit Pawar group that the NCP (Ajit Pawar) party should contest the elections as an independent party and also not to use photos or videos of Sharad Pawar. Meanwhile, the next hearing will be held on November 19.
The Supreme Court ordered the Nationalist Congress Party (Ajit Pawar) to publish an advertisement in newspapers within 36 hours regarding the issue of the clock symbol being sub judice. Also, in the orders given earlier, the court had directed to mention that the case was included with the sign. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court had advised the NCP (Sharad Pawar) and the NCP (Ajit Pawar) to focus on campaigning in the important assembly elections instead of spending time in court.
