DY. S.P., Police Station Officer-in-Charge empowered for the period 9th to 23rd November

Ratnagiri, Dt. 8: Regulation orders regarding the granting of powers to all sub-divisional police officers and all police station in-charge officers in the district for maintaining law and order for the period from November 9 to November 23, 2024 have been issued by Superintendent of Police Dhananjay Kulkarni under Section 36 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951. .

The Code of Conduct for Assembly General Election 2024 has been implemented from October 15 to November 25, 2024. Under Section 36 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, the Superintendent of Police Mr. Kulkarni hereby orders all the Sub-Divisional Police Officers and all Police Station Officers in Charge of the District to maintain law and order during the Vidhan Sabha General Election 2024 code of conduct period from 9th November to 23rd November 2024 in addition to the above sections. Rights are granted.
