*Sindhudurg, Day-21:-* 35 years ago, the then Minister Mr. S. N. Desai established the Kudal Industrial Estate in about 278 hectares with the aim of providing employment to the Bhoomiputras of the district through industries and to enable small and big new entrepreneurs to set up industries. Generally more than 900 plots were allotted in this industrial estate. But around three hundred of them are running industries. If the new industrial policy of the state is to survive, it is necessary to provide some necessary facilities through the state government. Smooth power supply is an essential issue and there is a need to solve such issues. For this, the delegation of Kudal Industrial Estate had a goodwill meeting with the newly appointed Collector Anil Patil on Friday. On this occasion, the District Collector assured that positive consideration will be given to the pending problems of Kudal Industrial Estate. On this occasion the President of the Association Mohan Hodavadekar, Acting Adv. Nakul Parsekar, Senior Advisor Anand Bandivadekar, Associate Kunal Varaskar, Member Sanjeev Prabhu Rajan Naik, Mushtaq Shaikh were present.
