* Kankavali, D-21:-* The transferable police personnel in the district have been transferred a few days ago. However, these employees have not yet been transferred to the new posts. Actually, these transfers take place after completing the prescribed period or on request of the respective police station. But the question is being raised that what is the purpose of keeping these transfers only on paper and not implementing them. As per the rules, the police personnel were transferred this year as well. That is, it is understood that their transfers have been ordered. Working in the same police station for more than the prescribed period sometimes leads to complaints. In such a situation, regular transfers are expected. However, despite such transfers this year, it has not been implemented. Actually, when orders for transfers are issued, these transfers are done considering the available police personnel in the station in the district and the number of personnel to be transferred. Because as many employees of a police station are transferred, as many employees are expected to be given there again. Accordingly, it is possible to send the employees to their place of assignment after transfer.
