Delete MIDC and save Konkan-Shitap brothers’ appearance at Watad.

The Shitap brothers of Watad have created the scene of a remote village after the arrival of the MIDC project on one side and the natural village on the other side. Through this, the message has been given that the villages are no longer rural because of the industrial settlement. Locals along with villagers from surrounding areas are also attending to witness this spectacle. MIDC has been proposed at Watad by the state government. This MIDC will be set up in the areas of Kolisare, Kalzondi, Gadnaral, Vaidyalavgan, Mirwane along with Watad. This MIDC is being opposed by the local villagers and Chakarmani. A glimpse of it is shown in the domestic Ganeshotsav scene enacted by the Shitap brothers. While enacting this scene, the scenic Watad village is shown on one side. In it, green trees, traditional beauty of the village, generational industries, natural water sources, vegetable farming and other businesses are shown full of biodiversity, while on the other side, the change after the construction of the project in MIDC is shown. The damage caused to the nature here due to the pollution caused after the construction of the project can never be compensated. Delete MIDC and save Konkan, the message is conveyed through this scene.
