Decline of Maharashtra during Mahayuti Government: Jayant Patil

Chiplun : Maharashtra declined during the Mahayuti government. Before 2014, Maharashtra’s share in the Centre’s revenue was 15 per cent, which has now declined to 13 per cent. In terms of per capita income, since 2016, Maharashtra has also fallen behind Gujarat. Eknath Shinde, Devendra Fadnavis, Ajit Pawar fear Modi and Shah. 40 MLAs of NCP joined BJP in shame after being accused of 70 thousand crore scam. People will not forgive this betrayal. State President of Nationalist Sharad Chandra Pawar Party, Jayant Patil, warned in a campaign meeting in Chiplun that the people will not rest until the traitors are made to sit at home in this assembly election.

A public meeting was held in Patangana near Indira Gandhi Cultural Center in the city in the presence of State President Jayant Patil for the campaign of Mahavikas Aghadi candidate Prashant Yadav. Prashant Yadav’s name was fixed after the local MLAs betrayed him in Chiplun and everyone supported him. The Mahavikas Aghadi has got a clean-faced candidate without any pretensions. BJP broke Sharad Pawar’s party. The political atmosphere of Maharashtra has been stirred by the betrayal of some Shiv Sena MLAs. We were trying to increase the depth and width of the Vashti river, but then the Mahayuti government came and this work was stopped. A minimum of Rs.100 crore was required for this work, but the present MLAs did not try for it. Nine crore rupees was sanctioned by me, some funds have come.

AD is behind Nawab Malik, but Fadnavis had criticized and accused him as a person who did anti-national actions, but NCP, an ally of BJP, has nominated him. He expressed displeasure that his Deputy Chief Minister Ajitdada Pawar has entered the campaign. Those whom Sharad Pawar brought up, those who left him should answer on the 20th, Prashant Yadav expressed confidence that he will work 24 hours for the people.

Candidate Prashant Yadav said, he actually did not want to contest the election, but Jayant Patil gave real support. I took him by the hand to Mr. Pawar and it is because of him that I am standing before you as a candidate today. Uddhav Thackeray had to step down from the post of Chief Minister. The time has come to answer those who broke Pawar’s party. In the last two and a half years, the current MLAs have only glorified development, but fundamental questions are pending here. 9 crores were sanctioned for removal of silt from Vashishtha, but 5 to 6 crores have been received. The issue of adequacy is not resolved. If the Mahavikas Aghadi government comes, we will bring funds in phases and make Vashishti silt-free and Chiplun flood-free. In the last 15 years the work of Mumbai Goa highway has not started. There are three MIDCs in the taluka, in which the small and large industries did not come when he was the Industries Minister of his district. Similar is the question of Devrukh MIDC. Through Vasishthi Dairy, we have provided financial income to 11 thousand farmers. Our goal is to make Chiplun flood-free in the future and provide employment through the government. Now Shiv Sena, Congress is with us. So it will not take much time to make your arrangements. Former MLA Ramesh Kadam, NCP District President Suresh Bane, Inspector Baban Kanavje, Sachin Kadam, Raju Mahadik, Sahdev Betkar, Nalini Bhuvad, Subhasrao Chavan, Smitatai Chavan, Vinod Zagde, Shashikant Modi, Bashir Murtuza, Murad Adrekar, Mrs. Dhanshree Shinde, Savitri Homkalas and others were present.
