Dapoli: Newly appointed teachers include Police, Talathi, Advocates

Dapoli : Most of the newly appointed teachers recruited through Pavitra portal in the taluka are highly educated. Some have chosen to leave their current government service jobs and professions to become teachers. Highly educated candidates have accepted the teaching profession even though they have the educational qualification of 12th pass and D.Ed for the post of teacher. So the seriousness of the jobs has become clear. At present, the work of training these teachers is going on at this place in Dapoli taluka.

148 teachers were recruited from Pavitra portal in Dapoli taluka of Ratnagiri district. These teachers d. From 4th to 10th November, training is going on across the district. Some of the teachers undergoing training are working in Talathi, police and other government positions. While some are practicing lawyers as well as other professions. All of them have left government job and profession and accepted teaching profession. The educational qualification for the post of teacher was 12th D.Ed, but M. SSC, M. A. net set, m. A. B. Ed. M. Ed, such highly educated students have chosen teaching profession. As these teachers have higher education before being appointed, it will be easier to teach students now. Many people have done D.Ed, B.Ed in their free time as they are not getting jobs in the interim, it has now benefited these youths.

N. in Dapoli. K. A total of 148 teachers are currently being trained at the Varadkar College Centre. Training is being given on many aspects such as new concepts in the field of education, new address teacher responsibilities, plans, studies, methods, new education policy, new study technology as per 2020, evaluation methods, various school records and its preservation period.

For this training, under the guidance of Group Education Officer Annasaheb Balwantrao, All Extension Officer, Head of Center Sunil Karkhele, Shrikant Bapat, Group Tool Subject Specialist, Prakash Phadke, Vidya Sardal, training is being given by the senior teachers of the taluka and Group Development Officer Ganesh Mandalik also guided by visiting. These teachers have joined to teach in the new year last June and August. As these teachers have higher education before their service, they will be able to teach the students in a better way.
