A case has been registered in the police station against the retired Deputy Superintendent of Land Records along with the Counting Officer in connection with cheating an old man of 70 thousand rupees from Dhamandevi in Khed taluka. It has been mentioned in the complaint that this incident took place between 28th March 2023 and 22nd December 2023. Pandurang Ramchandra Pevekar filed a complaint at the police station. 50 thousand rupees on March 28, 2023 by falsely stating that land revenue forest area will not be counted for the purpose of calculating the area of 0-27-00 hectares out of the land revenue number 144/11 B/12 owned by them.
