Many people have fallen prey to those moneylending loans. Some had taken the step of suicide. He took a loan of 1 lakh 20 thousand in the form that was exposed the other day. He was charged 20 percent interest every month, that is 240 percent interest per annum. Superintendent of Police Dhananjay Kulkarni informed that the amount has been increased to Rs 40 lakh by compounding interest.
Complaints have been filed against 10 moneylenders after the police appealed to them to file complaints about moneylending loans.
