RIYADH — Civil Defense teams rescued 13 people who were trapped in building fires in two separate incidents in Tabuk and Taif on Sunday.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense said that its teams in Tabuk rescued 7 people following a fire in a building. One injured person was transferred to hospital to receive medical care.
It confirmed that its teams in Taif rescued 6 people who were trapped in a fire that swept through a residential building.
The directorate also said that fire brigades in Dammam extinguished a fire that broke out in containers at King Abdulaziz Port. That accident did not result in any injuries.
