Citizens preparing to protest to remove Rajivada fish market

Ratnagiri: Rajivada fish market in Ward No. 15 of Jameer Khalfe* city is being encroached on the road, this market is causing a lot of trouble to the local citizens and it is becoming difficult to go there. Citizens have to face problems, sometimes there are verbal clashes between fish traders and citizens, due to the sale of fish throughout the day, a huge amount of filth has spread, dogs, mosquitoes are roaming around, many children and senior citizens have been bitten. Many encroachments have been removed by the city council, but the citizens say that they are not surprised that Rajivada fish market is not being removed even when there is encroachment. For this, the citizens of Shivkhol, Rajivada and Jamaatul Muslimin Shivkhol have submitted a written statement along with photos of this fish market to the Chief Ratnagiri Municipal Council.
