Checking of bags of leaders coming for campaign tour started. Bags of Aditya Thackeray and Uday Samant were checked.

At present during the elections, the Election Department has started checking the bags of the leaders coming for campaigning. Former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray, when he went to campaign in a helicopter, his bags were checked twice due to which the opposition criticized. When Ajit Pawar came to campaign in a helicopter, the Election Department staff checked his luggage. Kelly therefore predicts that these investigations will continue until the end of the campaign.
