Bombay high court ends 20-year eviction battle, orders state to vacate Dadar flat

The Bombay High Court has ordered the State and Mumbai Police Commission to vacate a flat in Dadar by the end of November after a 20-year-old eviction battle over unpaid rent. The flat was rented for police use, but the government failed to comply with the Maharashtra Rent Control Act and did not pay rent arrears.
