Satyapal Malik while talking to the media after meeting Uddhav Thackeray said, “BJP will not only suffer in the assembly elections but will clear their slate in this election. Uddhav Thackeray will play an important role in this election. So no one needs to worry.” Malik strongly criticized the Mahayuti government led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Quoting the famous line ‘Last Nail in BJP Coffin’ in English, Malik said that the results of Maharashtra assembly elections will be the beginning of the end for BJP. Speaking to the media, he elaborated on the importance of assembly elections in Maharashtra. He predicted that the political situation in the country will be stirred based on the results of the Legislative Assembly. When Satyapal Malik was the governor of Jammu and Kashmir, the special status of Jammu and Kashmir was revoked by repealing Article 370. Elections are likely to be held in Maharashtra in the month of November.
