Baramati : If the accused in the Badlapur atrocities case had been hanged, I would have given the Chief Minister the first straw. Because this country is governed by the constitution. It doesn’t work by anyone’s will. It is very alarming, whose face was completely covered with a black cloth.
He had shackles in his hands. So how did he reach the gun, how did he attack the police, the responsibility for the attack on the police must be taken. Therefore, MP Supriya Sule has demanded an ‘inquiry’ into this ‘encounter’ case.
In a press conference held at Baramati, Sule expressed concern about Akshay’s type of encounter. Sule said, our country does not run by anyone’s will, it runs by the constitution. This action does not fit in the constitution. The word ‘encounter’ is unheard of in Maharashtra. It should be clarified whether this is an encounter. His face was covered with a black cloth, his hands were tied, how did he reach the gun, how did the police get shot, how did the encounter happen? The government had apparently made a ‘commitment’ to fast-track the case and execute the accused. Sule has warned that the government will have to give answers about how much time and why the FIR took in this case.
This government broke parties, broke houses, sent notices to Income Tax CBI ED. No concrete works have been done. The government has nothing to say. Due to this, Sule pointed out how the ‘active’ government was encouraged to take a new decision every fortnight.
Akshay Shinde is not worried about the Badlapur atrocities case. On the contrary, my request to the government was that his murderers should be fast-tracked and hanged at Bhar Chowk. Therefore, it was my role that such murderers should be stopped. However, it is a worrying situation that the man in police custody was able to reach the gun when the policeman got shot. Even the police are not safe in this state. MP Supriya Sule has asked how this attack happened.
