The Sub-Divisional Officer sent a land survey proposal to the Taluk Deputy Superintendent of Land Records for setting up industrial zones in Reel and Undi villages of Ratnagiri taluk. Payment must be made for land survey in the proposed area. Not paid yet. After receiving it, the counting process will be started, said N. H. More said. There is a proposal to acquire 60 hectares of land on 49 satbaras in Undi village. A total of 213 hectares of land will be acquired. All these land owners will get compensation equal to 4 times the government value.
