At Least 11 killed in Israeli airstrike on Ain village in Northern Beqaa Valley, Eastern Lebanon

At least 11 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike that targeted Ain village in Hermel, northern Beqaa Valley, east of Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) said that six bodies were recovered as a result of the raid, while rescue efforts are still ongoing to recover the other five martyrs.
In Baalbek, warplanes launched a raid on the village of Tamnine El Tahta in the Beqaa.
Lebanon is exposed to extensive Israeli attacks targeting various governorates and regions, especially in the capital Beirut, and the villages and towns of the south, which led to the killing and wounding of nearly 3,000 people, and forced hundreds of thousands of residents of the targeted areas to a large wave of displacement.
Lebanon’s caretaker Minister of Public Health Firas Abiad announced Saturday that the death toll from Israeli attacks on Lebanon since Oct. 8, 2023 reached 1,640, with 8,408 injured.
