As we all know, a language does not really remain constant. It keeps changing with every new place, new era, getting influenced each time.

Konkani is no different when it comes to adopting foreign words.

There are a lot of words in our language that was replaced with Arabic & Persian words over time. In fact, there are more than 100 such words derived from these two languages.
