Amol Ashok Narwankar and Vishal Vishwas Salunkhe from Guhagar taluk have scaled the 6 thousand 111 meter peak of Mount Yunam in Himachal Pradesh. As soon as they learned about the performance of these two in the taluka, many congratulated them. Under the leadership of Everest hero Bhagwan Chawle from Pune, Amol Narvankar and Vishal Salunkhe participated in this campaign. For this both of them were supported by the group Sahyadri Veda. Trekking started from Bharatpur base in Lahaul Spiti area on Manali Leh road in Himachal Pradesh. After getting acclimated to the environment in eight days, Manali, Keylong, Xing Xing Bar and then reached the 6 thousand 111 meter Mount Unam peak from Bharatpur. At this time, he climbed this peak after overcoming adverse conditions such as cold winds blowing fast, bone-chilling cold due to low temperature, lack of oxygen. Amol Narvankar has been fond of trekking since the beginning. Have done several adventure trekking in Sahyadri mountain range through Sahyadri Veda group. He plans to continue such daring climbs. When asked about this, the youth of Guhagar should also come forward and look at this field as a career. Climbing this peak showed the extraordinary strength in oneself.
