Algerian President accepts government resignation, renews confidence in PM

Algeria’s President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has renewed confidence in Prime Minister Noureddine Bedoui, who submitted the government’s resignation.
The Algerian presidency said in a statement that Tebboune accepted the government’s resignation and renewed confidence in the prime minister to continue his duties.
On September 17, the Algerian president postponed accepting the government’s resignation and asked it to continue its work, in order to manage urgent files that require current ministers to be aware of the situation.
