It has been informed that the CID will investigate the Akshay Shinde encounter case. CID team will come to Thane. Superintendent of CID will be the head of this investigation. After the review by the forensic team, the investigation will now be conducted by the CID. A team of CID officials will go to the place where the incident took place on Mumbra Bypass. The statements of the policemen who were present in the vehicle at the time of the incident will also be recorded. It is being said that the CID officials are also going to question Akshay Shinde’s parents. After the incident, a team of forensic experts examined the police vehicle.
Meanwhile, the Thane police gave detailed information to the journalists on the matter. The primary of the incident that happened is that Akshay Shinde had a case registered in the Badlapur police station for the rape of two young students of Badlapur. Also Akshay Shinde’s wife filed a case against him. The police were investigating the case filed by Akshay Shinde’s wife. To investigate the matter, the police had legally taken custody of the said accused from Taloja Jail with a transfer order from the court. Later, while the police were taking Akshay Shinde away, the accused grabbed the policeman’s gun and tried to attack the policemen fatally, the police said.
