*Kudal, D-02:-* The accused was arrested in Kudal on the charge of stealing the motorcycle of the plaintiff without his consent. Magistrate P. R. Dhore Saheb was acquitted. The detailed report is that it happened on 02/05/2019 around 10 pm. Plaintiff Sridhar Balkrishna Naik. Hero Honda Splendor Car No. MH 07M-6187 parked in the parking lot of Chintamani Plaza, owned by Res. Pinguli, accused – Dinar Dilip Khanwilkar, Res. Pinguli had stolen away Samanthi without property. So he filed a theft complaint at Kudal police station.
While investigating after registering a case, the accused Dinar Khanwilkar (R. Pinguli) was detained as a suspected accused and charged with B.H. The. A case was registered under V. Section 379,34. The charge sheet of the crime was sent to the Kudal court. When the case was investigated before the court, Sarkarpaksa did not provide any reliable evidence against the accused and because there was no strong evidence to prove the crime, the accused was acquitted due to lack of strong evidence, accepting the arguments of the lawyers of the accused.
