At the place where the MPs sit, he jumped up and took out a spray from his shoe and started spreading smoke and shouting slogans. Both of them were caught by the MPs and handed over to the security guards. While this incident was happening inside, outside the Lok Sabha, a woman and a young man also raised smoke and shouted slogans. The woman's name is Neelam and the boy's name is Amol Shinde. All these accused have been booked under UAPA.
1) All accused social media pages were linked to Bhagat Singh Fan Club. A year and a half ago, they all met in Mysore. After nine months, their visit was returned. At that time, he hatched a conspiracy to create a ruckus in the Parliament.
2) At the time of the budget session held this year, Manoranjan D, the accused, came from Bangalore. He took a visitor's pass and had done the Reiki of Parliament.
3) Sagar came to Delhi from Lucknow in the month of July. But he could not go to the parliament building. He had raked the parliament from outside.
4) During Reiki, Manoranjan D realizes that shoes are not checked when entering Parliament.
5) On 10th December all these people are going to Delhi one by one from their respective states. Manoranjan came to Delhi by plane.
6) All the accused reached the house of Vicky and Vrinda at Gurugram on the night of 10th December. Lalit Jha, a young man, also reached there late at that time.
7) Amol Shinde is a young man from Maharashtra. He had brought smoke crackers from Maharashtra. Sagar Sharma obtained the pass from MP Pratap Sinha's personal secretary at 9 am on December 13.
8) All accused met at India Gate. At the same place, Amol had given smoke crackers to everyone.
9) Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan entered the Parliament around 12 noon on 13 December.

10) Both Amol and Neelam stopped outside the Parliament and started making slogans. Lalit Jha was making his video. All these were connected to each other by an app called Signal. After the ruckus, Lalit absconded with everyone's mobile phones.
Gurugram police have also arrested Vicky Sharma and his wife Vrinda in this case. A youth named Lalit Jha is absconding. Police are looking for him.
