*Savantwadi, D-24:-* Dhangar community activists are on fast to death at Pandharpur, Latur, Nevasa to implement the reservation of Scheduled Tribe of Dhangar tribe in Maharashtra. A statement was given on behalf of Dhangar Samaj brothers of Sawantwadi taluka to Sub Divisional Officer, Sawantwadi as well as Tehsildar, Sawantwadi through Dhi Sawantwadi Taluka Dhangar Samajonnati Mandal, Mumbai to support them. On this occasion social activists of Dhangar community in Kesari Vilas Jangle, Laxman Patil, Bharat Gore, Dhondu Kokere, Tukaram Patil, Dhondi Lumber, Anand Varak, Chandrakant Jangle, Dashrath Kokere, Prakash Patil, Siddhesh Kokere, Bhairu Yamkar, Prakash Bute, Tukaram Jangle, Dashrath forests. Laxman Baragade, Bhagwan Jangle, Sanju Gawde, Thaku Jangle etc. community members were present in large numbers.
