A rare parrot-like butterfly has been found at Khanwali Beni in Lanja taluk. Vaibhav Warise, a social worker here, has captured the picture of this butterfly in his mobile phone. It is said that this butterfly is commonly found in the northern part of America. Earlier, the professors of Hativale College in Rajapur taluka had discovered the butterfly Anctinasaluna. At present, as butterflies of various species are found in nature, an atmosphere of excitement has been created among nature lovers. The wing structure of the butterfly found at Khanwali Beni is similar to that of a butterfly. The color of the wings is pale parrot and this butterfly is rarely found in India. On its wings are spheres like the moon. It becomes a full moon as the crescent grows. Earlier this species of butterfly was found in Assam in 2010 in the golden forest.
