A case has been registered against BJP MLA Nitesh Rane in Amravati’s Achalpur. A case has been registered against Nitesh Rane yesterday (Sunday) for making a controversial statement in an outcry meeting of Hindus. It has been reported that offenses have been filed under Section 196 and Section 3 (5) for hurting religious sentiments. Imran Khan Aslam Khan lodged a complaint at Achalpur Police Station against MLA Nitesh Rane and Sagar Bhaiyya Baig, Kopargaon. The police have registered these cases based on this complaint.
