A 14-year-old boy who went missing from Vasai was found thanks to the promptness of Prakash Krishna Sarang, assistant police officer of the Maritime Security Force. The boy was found destitute on January 12, 2024 in the Mandvi Express train. Ratnagiri police handed over the boy to Manikpur police in Vasai to hand over the boy to his parents.
Mehran Hanif Pathan (14, Res. Vasai, Dist. Palghar) went missing from his residence. In this case, his parents filed a complaint at Manikpur Police Station in Vasai. Meanwhile, Assistant Police Sub-Inspector Prakash Sarang of the Maritime Security Force was traveling from Ratnagiri to Sindhudurg in the Mandvi Express train on January 12.
