Mumbai dated 20th: Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has taken a very serious note of the abuse of girls in a school in Badlapur and has warned that action will be taken against the management if such an incident occurs. He also directed to prosecute the case in the fast track court so that the accused will be dealt with strictly. The Chief Minister also discussed with the Commissioner of Police in this regard. He also directed to check whether Sakhi Savitri committees have been formed in schools or not

After receiving information about the brutality of two girls in a reputed school in Badlapur East, the Chief Minister immediately held a discussion with Education Minister Deepak Kesarkar and asked him to take permanent concrete measures to prevent such incidents from happening. He suggested setting up a complaint box in every school for students or parents facing problems. Apart from this, it is necessary to closely monitor and keep track of the employees of the school who are in constant contact with the students, and to know their background information.

The Chief Minister said that there should be a system in place so that if the student has any doubts, they should be able to immediately point out to the principal, principal or teachers without fear.

The management should immediately talk to the teachers and staff of all the schools and take appropriate care. If the management is at fault, action will be taken against them. On this occasion, the Chief Minister appealed to the railway protesters to remain calm.
