Mutton Biryani Recipe Boil 2Β½ cups of water in a deep sauce pan. Add Β½ tbsp oil, Β½ tbsp salt and a slice of lemon. Add 1 cup basmati rice and cook on medium flame till it is slightly cooked. Drain the rice and spread it on a flat plate to cool. Cut potatoes into big pieces, add salt and deep fry. Marinate the mutton with ginger-garlic paste, coriander, green chillies, cumin paste, Shan Bombay Biryani Masala, curd and fried onions (birista). Cook the marinated mutton for a few minutes. In the same pan place the cooked mutton along with rice layerly, pour Β½ cup saffron infused milk on top. Add more birista and cover and cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes.
