Mumtaz and Sameera are preparing some lesser known delicious Konkani Muslim Veg dishes like Veg Shami Kebab, Bharleli Wangi, Veg Haldoni, Paneer Bojar (Paneer slices stuffed with chutney), Khatte Batata (tangy, spicy, baby potatoes), Shenga Batatachi Bhajji (Drumsticks cooked with potatoes in thick gravy) and much more!⠀⠀
