Ratnagiri: The lottery for 2,970 houses out of 5,311 houses in Konkan division of MHADA was to be held on December 13. But suddenly this draw was postponed due to administrative reasons.
But there is dissatisfaction among the eligible applicants as the new date of the draw has not been announced yet.
About 24 thousand applicants are waiting for this draw date. The application acceptance process for allotment of 5311 houses in schemes like Pradhan Mandal Housing Scheme, First Priority, 15 per cent Integrated Scheme, 20 per cent Comprehensive Scheme and MHADA Housing Schemes for Konkan division was held from September 5 to November 17.
