Will ZP teachers teach in Anganwadis? Maids and assistants are adamant on strike; Even after 20 days no solution has come from the government

There are two lakh children in Anganwadis in the district and up to 60 lakh in the state. Anganwadis are run under the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS). Anganwadis are the central hub of all health, nutrition and education schemes under 'ICDS'. However, all the Anganwadi workers and assistants in the state have called for an indefinite strike with various demands like giving them the status of government employees, paying salaries instead of honorarium and implementing pension schemes.
