Rakesh Mutha, the candidate of the Bhakulajijau Vikas Party, was campaigning and a grand garland weighing 150 kg was prepared to welcome him in the Bhoirwadi area. This necklace was thrown around his neck with the help of a crane. Some electric sparkers were placed along with this necklace. Suddenly a spark of these firecrackers flew and it flew on Mutha’s head. After this, in a moment, Rakesh Mutha’s hair caught fire.
