Hidden propaganda from series? The Election Commission took notice

Mumbai : Even after the campaigning for the assembly elections in the state cooled down on Monday, it is coming to light that the campaigning is being done in a hidden manner through TV serials. It is said that during the shooting of the serials Gho Ghore Mati Chuli and Prema Cha Josh on Star Pravah, the propaganda poster of the Shinde group was shown.

The Election Commission has taken notice of this. It is also suspected that money was exchanged during the covert promotion of serials. After secretly campaigning for the election through serials, now the Election Commission has ordered the Shinde group to present their statement in the next 24 hours. Congress leader Sachin Sawant had filed a complaint with the Election Commission alleging that the Shinde group had secretly campaigned through serials.

Hidden propaganda of Shinde group through two serials of Starpravha?

It has been alleged that the Shiv Sena Shinde group is secretly campaigning in two serials aired on Star Pravah channel. Posters of the Shinde group were shown during the filming of the serials Prema Chi Sahit and Khor Ghar Mati Chuli. But it is said that this poster is not in the OTT broadcast of this series. Therefore, it is said that the Shinde group has done a secret campaign. The question of how much money was exchanged is also being raised.

The Election Commission took notice

The Election Commission has taken notice of the secret campaigning going on through the serials and the Shiv Sena Shinde faction has been asked to explain its position in the next two days. A similar written notice has also been issued to the Shinde group. Congress leader Sachin Sawant had complained to the Election Commission that the Shinde group was secretly campaigning through social media and through serials, although the excitement of the state assembly campaign had cooled down on the 18th. After that, the Election Commission has given a notice to the Shinde group to present their views on this within the next 24 hours.
