Saudi Arabia condemns Israeli targeting of Abu Asi School in Gaza

Saudi Gazette report

RIYADH — Saudi Arabia condemned on Sunday the Israeli targeting of Abu Asi School in the Gaza Strip. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Saudi Arabia’s condemnation and denunciation in the strongest terms of the continued systematic targeting of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and its facilities and workers by the Israeli occupation forces, the latest of which was the bombing of Abu Asi School in the Gaza Strip.

Saudi Arabia reiterated its categorical rejection of the continued targeting of civilians and relief and humanitarian agencies by the Israeli occupation forces amid the silence of the international community. It called on the international community to assume its responsibilities towards the ongoing Israeli violations that increase the suffering of the Palestinian people and undermine the chances of achieving peace in the region.
