Crowd of devotees at Shri Vithoba’s fair in Bandya

Banda, D-12:- On Kartiki Ekadashi, there was a large crowd of devotees at the annual fair of the famous Shree Vitthal Temple in Banda. On this occasion, various religious programs were organized in the temple from early morning. The festival started with Kakadarti at five o’clock on Tuesday morning. In the presence of hundreds of devotees, Shri Vitthal Rakhumai was waved with ghee cucumber flame and given Panchamrit bath. Varkari Dindi from Insuli arrived at the temple in the morning. He was welcomed by the temple.
In the evening, Vajatgajat Utsavamurti arrived at the temple. From 5 to 7 pm, Shri Vitthal Sohira Women’s Bhajan Mandal performed bhajan service. After the daily evening aarti at 7 o’clock, night Sri’s Palkhi Sohla and night Aajgaonkar Dashavatar Mandal’s theatrical performance was organized. Devotees took advantage of the darshan in large numbers.
