Ratnagiri : A youth from Nanded committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence at Nutannagar in the city due to unknown reasons. The incident came to light on Thursday, November 7 around 12.30 pm. The hanged youth was studying engineering. The youth who committed suicide has been identified as Dnyaneshwar Shivaram Varpade (age 22, native of Nanded, currently of Nutananagar, Ratnagiri).
Dnyaneshwar lived on rent in Ratnagiri for his engineering education. On Thursday afternoon, he committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence due to unknown reasons. As soon as other colleagues living with him noticed this matter, they immediately informed the city police about this. The police rushed to the spot and sent the dead body to the district government hospital for post-mortem. A case of sudden death has been registered in this regard at the city police station.
