A 70-year-old woman was killed in a two-wheeler accident at Dabhole market on the Ratnagiri-Kolhapur highway. A case has been registered against the two-wheeler driver in Devrukh police station on Sunday.
The name of the old lady who died in the accident is Malati Madhukar Panchal (70, Res. Kochri, Dist. Lanja). The name of the suspected accused is Mahesh Madhukar Panchal and he is also injured in this accident. Mahesh was traveling from Sakharpa to Kochari by taking Panchal on a bike. At Dabhole Market, Mahesh's bike overturned and the accident happened because he did not anticipate the turn.
