114 questions missed in Talathi exam, candidates will get full marks;  Decision of Land Records Department

According to the objections raised on the question paper in the Talathi recruitment examination, as many as 114 questions have been found to be wrong and the alternatives of 32 questions have been changed. Sarita Narke, State Coordinator of Talathi Examination informed that full marks will be given for these wrong questions. The examination was conducted for 4 thousand 446 Talathi posts in the state. For this, 10 lakh 41 thousand 713 applications were received. Actually 8 lakh 64 thousand 960 candidates appeared for the exam. Due to the large number of applications, the Land Records Department had decided to conduct the examination in three phases and three sessions in a day. Accordingly, the first phase was implemented from 17 to 22 August, the second phase from 26 August to 2 September and the third phase from 4 to 14 September. A total of 57 sessions of the examination were conducted for this purpose.

Candidates were given a period from 28th September to 8th October to file objections and objections regarding the question or answer list. Accordingly, 16 thousand 205 objections were received on 2 thousand 831 questions. Narake informed that 9 thousand 72 objections have been accepted. It consisted of 146 questions. 32 of those questions were changed in the question paper. As 114 questions or answers were found to be wrong, it has been decided to give full marks for all these questions, Narake also explained.
