Five martyred in Israeli occupation bombing of Rafah and Gaza cities

Five Palestinians were martyred Sunday in Israeli occupation shelling of the Al-Mawasi area west of Rafah, the Khirbet Al-Adas area and Al-Saftawi area northwest of Gaza City.
Local sources reported that an Israeli drone targeted a group of individuals in Al-Mawasi region, west of Khan Younis, resulting in the martyrdom of two Palestinians.
Additionally, another drone strike hit the Khirbet al-Adas area, east of Rafah, leading to the martyrdom of two more individuals.
In a separate attack, Israeli fighter jets launched an airstrike on the al-Saftawi area, northeast of Gaza City, killing one person and injuring several others.
The Israeli occupation forces have continued their assault on the Gaza Strip by land, sea, and air since October 7, 2023, resulting in the deaths of 42,519 Palestinians and the injury of 99,637 others, most of whom are children and women. This is a preliminary toll, as thousands remain missing under the rubble.
