Queue outside agency to take domestic cylinder in Ratnagiri despite booking

Since the last one month, the consumers are suffering due to the shortage of gas cylinders

Ratnagiri : In Ratnagiri, domestic gas cylinders are not delivered even after a week of booking online, so there is a daily queue outside the gas agency to get the cylinders. Due to this, customers have to bear more cost for transporting gas cylinders from the agency. At the same time, standing in the queue is also wasting time. The woman at the counter in the Shantadurga agency said that there was a shortage of gas cylinders.

There is occasional shortage of LP gas for vehicles. Vehicles also queue at gas pumps. Similarly, queues have started to apply at gas agencies. Customers are going to the agency as the cylinder is not delivered to their homes despite booking online a week in advance.

However, even though the cylinder is provided in the agency, it costs more to take it from here. At the same time, customers are wasting their time standing in the queue.
