Ratnagiri, 25th (Jimaka) with special training to effectively implement ‘Apale Sarkar’ :- “Apale Sarkar 2.0” is an important project of the government to create a bridge for citizens and administration to communicate online. “Apale Sarkar 2.0” Grievance Redressal System has been implemented in all the districts of the state along with the ministerial departments so that complaints can be filed online for the citizens and the administration can redress the complaints online. A special training session was organized yesterday in the Planning Committee Hall to inform about this system.

At this time Collector M. Devender Singh, Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Kirti Kiran Pujar, Additional Collector Shankar Berge, Resident Deputy Collector Chandrakant Suryavanshi and others were present. The training was guided by Devang Dave and Shubham Pai, e-Governance experts appointed by the government. In the training, important information was given about the importance of our government portal, benefits of our government portal for citizens and officials and how to settle hundred percent complaints filed on the government portal. Heads of all departments and offices, all sub-divisional officers and tehsildars of the district attended the training.
