Three sub-castes of Kunbi included in OBI; Know 24 important decisions from today’s state cabinet meeting

Mumbai : A number of major decisions were announced today in today’s cabinet meeting held in the background of the possibility that the code of conduct for assembly elections will be passed in the state in the next few days.

The Cabinet approved the establishment of Parashuram Economic Development Corporation, a demand of the Brahmin community for a long time. The agitation of the Brahmin community was going on for many days for the establishment of this corporation. Apart from this, many major decisions were taken today including increasing the salary of Sarpanch and Deputy Sarpanch. The salary of Sarpanch and Deputy Sarpanch in the state has been doubled. Minister Girish Mahajan also said that the post of Gram Sevak has been changed to Gram Vikas Adhikari. Gram Panchayat whose population is up to two thousand, the remuneration has been increased from one thousand to six thousand.
