A whole herd of cattle was seen. The cattle had come to this ground to eat the green fodder inside, but even when there was a gate to this playground, these cattle were walking comfortably inside. Therefore, instead of giving morning to the citizens, the morning walk of the cattle was started at that place. Therefore, citizens are expressing their anger about the lax management of the city council.
