Grievances regarding postal procedures or operations which are not resolved within six weeks and do not receive a satisfactory reply will be considered in the Postal Adalat. In particular, complaints regarding Postage, Speed ββPost, Counter Service, Postal Goods, Parcel, Savings Bank and Money Order are considered. Grievances should be mentioned with all details. E.g. Date and name, address etc. of the officer to whom the original complaint was sent. However concerned should send their complaint regarding postal service to Assistant Postal Director 1, Goa Zonal Office, Panaji 403001 with additional copy on or before 19th September 2024. Subsequent complaints will not be entertained.000
