Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been granted bail by the Supreme Court. Due to this, Kejriwal has got relief and his way out of jail has been cleared. Kejriwal was in jail for the last five months. He was arrested by the ED in the liquor sale scam in Delhi. The court has imposed some conditions and conditions while granting this bail. Kejriwal was granted bail on a personal surety bond of Rs 1 lakh by Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court on June 20. Against that, the ED approached the Delhi High Court and opposed Kejriwal’s bail. The ED approached the High Court the next day, claiming that the trial court’s order was unilateral and wrong. The Delhi High Court then stayed the decision of the Rouse Avenue Court on June 21. So Kejriwal will come out of jail after almost 177 days. Moreover, they have been granted bail on a bond of 10 lakhs. Arvind Kejriwal was granted bail for a few days to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections. After campaigning, he had to go to jail again. Now they have been duly granted bail.
