But when such an unfortunate incident happens, some migrant parents of Pashan Kalja settle with the concerned person for just ten to twenty thousand rupees and leave the village and after a few days when the case cools down, they resume work.
A similar incident took place yesterday when Sapna Asaniyekar, an activist of the Social Commitment Foundation, was on her way to Banda. Next to Insuli Lati, she saw a two-year-old boy standing crying in the middle of the highway and stopped the scooty and ran to the boy and when the boy was brought to the side of the highway there was no one around the boy who was crying loudly. About half an hour later, the parents of the said boy came to the place. The angry citizens asked the boy’s father to answer, when he answered rudely, the gathered citizens gave him a good slap and reported the incident to the police. The police took serious note of this and gave an understanding to the said Isma. But when such things are happening frequently, Ravi Jadhav of Social Commitment Foundation has demanded that the police take strict action against the contractors and parents who have such a careless attitude.
The citizens who had gathered there averted a great calamity due to the vigilance of Sapna Asnikar, an executive of the Social Commitment Foundation. She was appreciated and thanked by the gathered citizens.
