Seat reserved for disabled passengers in all types of buses of ST henceforth.

Disabled passengers are now permanently given reserved seats in all types of buses of ST, and it will be the responsibility of the respective carrier to provide them with their reserved seats if they board at any stop. Therefore, the journey of disabled passengers will be more pleasant and comfortable. The transport department of ST Corporation has issued a circular to fix the reservation of seats for differently abled persons in different types of buses of ST. The ST Corporation has instructed local ST administrations to reserve their reserved seats for disabled passengers at any stage of the journey, from plain buses to Shivneri buses. When the bus is not carrying disabled passengers, the seat will be available for general passengers, however, disabled passengers can board the bus at any stop. It will be the responsibility of the concerned carrier to make that seat available to them immediately upon boarding
