MLA Rajan Salvi and Kondgaon Sarpanch Priyanka Joyshi announced that the first school in the taluka to have CCTV has come to the fore since the past few days. There were also incidents of rape of school girls. Therefore, a letter was received from the government saying that CCTV should be installed in every school. So Padma Kanya School is a girls school with around 200 students in Kondgaon Market. This school is located in the main market. Therefore, former Speaker Jaya Mane recognized this need and installed an updated CCTV set in this school at her own expense. This dedication ceremony was held in the presence of MLA Rajan Salvi, Kondgaon Gram Panchayat Sarpanch Priyanka Joyshi. On this occasion, along with them, Ajay Sawant, Shekhar Akte, Praveen Joyshi, Mandar Athalye, Sunil Shinde of parents’ associations, Center head Divya Bhatkar, Headmistress Charuta Khanwilkar, Gr. P Member Harsha Athalye, Teacher Neelam Shade, Add. Ujjwala Chavan, Vidya Kadam, Samyati Bandangle, Mrs. Arohi Waghdhare, Sunil Chavare, Rohan Patil, Satish Kamble, Yuva Sena office bearers Sagar Tandale, Ajinkya Kir, Sagar Mandavkar etc. activists, parents, students were present. On this occasion parents of the school thanked MLA Rajan Salvi, former Speaker Jaya Mane. Along with MLA Rajan Salvi , Jaya Mane said that he is always trying to solve various problems in the school.
